About You
We are looking for someone who ideally is from a metals (steel) or engineering background who is confident at analysing steel prices and trends globally
Essential:
- Proven experience within the steel market or a closely related sector
- Strong understanding of steel pricing structures (stainless and/or carbon steel)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to scrutinise complex data
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Desirable:
- Knowledge across both stainless and carbon steel markets
- Foreign language skills would be advantageous although not essential
